I was raised in small village in Eastern Europe by my grandmother. She taught me to grow vegetables in the garden and to take care of the hens. But also, she had high hopes for my future. I couldn’t resist and asked him what it is he sold. He told me he just made a profit of 1 million from flipping his apartment. Honestly, I didn’t believe him I thought he’s just showing off to attract me. But still it got in my head. Later I was lucky to see the first result on Google for Off Plan properties. And here started the research. It took me 4 months of sleepless nights to figure out the drill. And another year to save up for the down payment. That’s all I needed. That man, whose name I already forgot, has changed my fate forever. And today I’m not only investing for myself, but I’m also able to help other people to do the same.

I’m sure you already know that the demand for real estate is growing exponentially all over the world.

But only in Dubai I found a very safe environment for investors, as Dubai Land Department protect investors by putting up strict laws, such as the Escrow Law, which prevents the developer from using the money paid by the investors until he proves that he has completed the project or part of it, and after the government verifies the percentage of the construction the developer is allowed to use the investors' money or part of it.

One more reason is that Real estate in Dubai is growing rapidly, as a result of the increase in the number of travelers to Dubai and the large increase in the population and residents. Yes. To sell your property you don’t have to wait for the construction to be completed. Once you make a down payment, sign Sale and Purchase agreement and register your property with Dubai Land Department you can list your property for sale.

There are three ways you can get a profit from your investment from the property under construction:

1- An increase in the value of the property along with the progress of construction. In this case you can make from 30% to 200% profit.

2- An increase in the value of the property resulting from inflation, in this case you can make from 10% to 100% profit.

3- The rental return of the property, in this case you can make 7-15% profit annually.

Dubai Land Department has put in place a number of laws that protect the interests of Real Estate investors.

For example, the developer cannot use the money of investors before completing the certain milestones of construction. It is verified by authorities and reports are available for public at any time online.

Another way to make a good decision is to look at the history of the developer’s previous projects. That’s what I do before investing - I investigate thoroughly.
